Results of the “Graine de Chef” program


On Thursday the 1st was the ending of this 2nd edition of the Graines de Chefs Confectioner program, led by Valrhona and the Paul Bocuse Foundation.

Young people, local missions, teachers  and schools gathered at the “Ecole du Chocolat” – Chocolate School – in Tain l’Hermitage, to close this edition …

The goal of this integration project is to facilitate the entrance into working life for young people in difficulty.
This year’s edition marks a clear success as 7 young people will start internships in September, for the beginning of the school year. This personalised follow-up will continue throughout the internship with monthly appointments. Building on this success, we plan to develop the program on 3 complementary towns in 2018.
